
Technical Sales Engineer
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the full sales process and as a result be able to prospect clients and close deals. They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts. In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to the business.
Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients

Create project plans and prepare perspectives using Autocad.

Visit, assess and measure project site with lift requirements and assessing possible recommendations of applications for each project requirement

Manage operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, arranging services and ordering new product

Generate new leads and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth

Attend trade shows and relevant conferences
Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Preferably has a background in civil and/or mechanical engineering projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of full sales process
- Proactive and Outgoing
- With Valid Driver’s License with restrictions 1,2
- With Above Average Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Experience as Technical Sales/Sales Officer in a Construction Supplies Industry is an advantage
- Must have experience in doing sales presentations, having technical construction skills is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Willing to do field work
